Validated configuration snapshots and literal-safe MiniMessage rendering.

Settings loaders bound numeric limits and normalize material and host lists. Message loaders merge bundled defaults and validate templates. ConfigurationManager publishes settings, messages and palette together after all candidates pass; existing operations retain their captured settings. Legacy material allowlists are readable and backed up once without rewriting their original configuration.
