extends Object

Calculates bounded exponential reconnect delays and retry eligibility.

Delays grow from the configured initial value to the maximum without integer overflow. A maximum attempt count of zero permits indefinite retries; disabling reconnection rejects every attempt. The tunnel owner schedules accepted retries.
